Through the implementation of the project "Luna, n. o. safe women's home in Trenčín", within the programme "Domestic and gender-based violence" co-financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and the state budget of the Slovak Republic, the first thematic training for the professional staff of the BŽD took place in December 2022. This thematic circle covered topics such as the theory of stress management, crisis and its types, crisis intervention for victims of domestic violence, the theory of stabilisation techniques and self-supporting security measures.
