Project Objective: The aim of the project "Life without Violence - Safe Women's Home Trenčín" is to increase the quality, professionalism and effectiveness of services provided for the elimination of domestic gender-based violence against women and their children. The aim is to provide comprehensive protection, assistance and support based on the needs of victims experiencing domestic violence and to strengthen professional capacities and their competences.
Project Summary: The activities reinforce the reintegration programme with ensuring the safety of the female victims, their need for social and social change and for improving their living situation. The provision of comprehensive support and assistance includes legal, psychological counselling, help with safe housing, health and finances, employment and independence. The aim of the project is to increase the professional competences of the staff, to stabilise them and consequently to increase the number of victims of domestic gender-based violence using the services in the facility.
Project results: development, expansion and improvement of free psychological, legal and social counselling, improvement of outpatient counselling.
